Delivery can only be made to UK addresses. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to International, BFPO and Channel Island addresses.
Delivery Times
For mainland UK we aim to deliver within 5 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of the weekend (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 7 working days.
If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands please allow extra time for delivery.
Delivery Address options
You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address. For example, if you wish to order a gift you can have it sent directly to the person. Just fill in your chosen delivery address details at the checkout when prompted.
Tracking your Order
To track your order you can either: Email us at service(at)labelchaser.com with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name, billing address and phone number. We will check your order status and send you an update.
Refunds
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment card.

7 Day Cooling-Off Period
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.
